Truetech Care Call Now

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17 September 2026
Last Updated: 17 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Truetech Care collects when you contact us or use this website, why we use it, who else is involved in handling it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiries and support conversations that come through it.

Never send us your passwords, device passcodes, verification or one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, CVV security codes or banking login credentials. We do not ask for them and we do not need them to help you.

1. Who we are

Truetech Care provides independent paid guidance for Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, payment-card questions, transaction issues and the device settings connected to them. We operate from SeaTac, WA 98188, United States, and we are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Truetech Care is an independent service. We are not Apple, a bank, a card issuer or a payment provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We cannot approve transactions, release funds, override restrictions placed on your account by a bank or card issuer, or issue refunds for purchases you made with another merchant.

You can reach us by email at support@truetechcare.com or by phone at +1 (863) 279-4219.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to provide the help you ask for. There is no account to create on this website, and we do not buy personal information from third parties.

Information you give us through the callback form

The callback form on our Contact Us page asks for your name and phone number. It also lets you optionally give us your email address, choose the issue category closest to your problem, and write a short description of what is happening. Those are the only fields on the form.

Information you give us by phone or email

If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us. That usually includes a description of the problem, the device you are using, and the wording of any error message you are seeing. We only need enough detail to understand the issue.

Service records

If we go on to provide a paid service, we keep ordinary business records of that work: our correspondence with you, notes of what was agreed and what guidance was given, and billing records for the fee.

Website and technical information

Our website is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. These logs typically record the page or file requested, the date and time of the request, the IP address it came from, and the browser and operating system your device reports. Logs of this kind are a normal part of serving and securing a website.

Information we ask you not to send

We never ask for passwords, device passcodes, verification or one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, CVV security codes or banking login credentials, and you should not send them to us. If you include information of that kind anyway, we will delete it from our records rather than use or keep it.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and call you back when you have asked us to;
  • understand your problem and provide the guidance you have asked for;
  • tell you what a paid service would involve and what it would cost, and take payment if you agree to it;
  • keep our own records of services provided and fees agreed;
  • handle complaints and resolve disputes;
  • operate, maintain and secure this website, and investigate misuse of it; and
  • meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Sending us an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics, tag management or advertising technologies. Specifically, it does not run Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Taboola, or any advertising or conversion pixel. Nothing on this site builds an advertising profile of you or tracks you across other websites.

There is one third-party request. Our pages use the Montserrat typeface, which is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font files, it makes a request to Google’s servers, and that request necessarily discloses your IP address and basic browser information to Google. The font request does not set advertising cookies, but it is a connection to a third party, and you should know it happens. Google’s handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy.

Because we do not run optional analytics or advertising technologies, there is no tracking consent banner on this site and nothing for you to opt out of. If we ever add a technology that requires your consent, we will ask for it before it runs, describe it in this policy, and let you withdraw consent afterwards.

5. Service providers

Running a website and answering enquiries involves a small number of suppliers. Those in use are:

  • A website hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above.
  • An email provider, which carries messages between you and us and stores that correspondence in our mailbox.
  • A telephone provider, which connects the calls you make to our published number and generates the ordinary call records any phone service produces, such as the number dialled and the time and length of the call.
  • Google Fonts, as described in the previous section.

These suppliers handle information only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not currently use a payment provider on this website: there is no checkout, shopping cart or stored-card facility here, and no payment is taken through these pages. If we introduce one, or add any other provider that handles your personal information, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Telephone calls

We do not record telephone conversations.

We may write brief notes of what was discussed and what guidance was given, so that we have a record of the service and can pick up where we left off if you contact us again. If we ever begin recording calls, we will tell you before any recording starts, obtain the consent applicable law requires, and update this policy first.

7. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • with the service providers listed above, so that they can host our site, carry our email and connect our calls;
  • with professional advisers, such as an accountant or lawyer, where they need it to advise us;
  • where we are required to by law, or to respond to a valid legal request; and
  • where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our staff or the public.

We do not contact your bank, card issuer, merchant or Apple on your behalf, and we do not pass your details to them. Where another organisation needs to be involved in solving your problem, we explain which one it is and you contact them yourself through their official channels.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide and administer our services, maintain required business records and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete it or anonymise it, subject to any legal obligation to preserve it.

9. Data security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiries and service records is limited to the people who need it in order to respond to you, and accounts used to reach that information are protected by passwords and, where the provider supports it, multi-factor authentication.

No website, email system or telephone service can be guaranteed completely secure, which is the practical reason we ask you never to send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs and the law requires us to notify you, we will.

10. International data processing

We operate from the United States, and information you send us is handled here. Some of our suppliers, including Google Fonts, operate global networks, so a request from your browser or a copy of our data may be processed on servers outside your own country. If you contact us from outside the United States, you should understand that your information will be handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires a specific safeguard for such a transfer, we put one in place with the supplier concerned.

11. Your privacy rights and choices

Whatever the law where you live, you can always ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your enquiry and our correspondence, where we are not required to keep it; and
  • stop contacting you.

Email support@truetechcare.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm we are dealing with the right person, and we will not ask you for a password or a verification code in order to do that. We will not charge you for making a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you additional rights and may set a deadline for our response. If you tell us where you are based when you make your request, we can confirm which rights apply to you and how quickly we must reply.

12. Children’s privacy

This service is intended for adults dealing with their own devices and payment cards. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at support@truetechcare.com and we will delete it.

We sometimes point you to another organisation’s website, such as your bank’s or Apple’s official support pages, because that is where your problem needs to be taken. Those sites are outside our control. Their own privacy policies and terms apply once you leave ours, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

14. Updates to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Last Updated date at the top. The Effective Date stays fixed at the date this policy was first published. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so clearly on the page rather than rely on a changed date alone.

15. How to contact us
