Truetech Care Call Now

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 17 September 2026
Last Updated: 17 September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and any assistance Truetech Care agrees to provide you. Please read them before asking us for help. The sections on what we cannot do, on how charges are authorised, and on refunds are the ones customers most often need, so they are set out plainly below.

1. Who we are

Truetech Care provides independent paid guidance for Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, payment-card questions, transaction issues and the device settings connected to them. We operate from SeaTac, WA 98188, United States.

Email: support@truetechcare.com. Phone: +1 (863) 279-4219. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Truetech Care, and “you” means the person using this website or asking us for assistance.

2. Our services

We offer independent, paid technical guidance. That means talking through what an error message means, reviewing the settings on your own device with you, explaining how card verification and contactless payment normally work, and helping you identify which organisation — your bank, your card issuer, the merchant or Apple — is the right one to handle your particular problem.

The work is advisory and explanatory. We act for you as an independent provider. We do not act for your bank, your card issuer, any merchant or Apple, and none of them has appointed us or authorised us to act on their behalf.

3. No affiliation with Apple, banks or card issuers

Truetech Care is not Apple, a bank, a card issuer or a payment provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Apple Inc., any bank or any card issuer. We are not an authorised Apple service provider.

Apple, Apple Pay and Apple Wallet are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product, service and company names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe the subjects we can help with. No endorsement, partnership or official status is implied by those references.

4. Service scope and limitations

Payment problems nearly always depend on systems we have no access to and no control over: your bank's authorisation rules, your card issuer's verification process, a merchant's refund handling, Apple's services, your device's software and your network connection. It is important that you understand what that means in practice.

We have no authority and no ability to:

  • approve or decline a payment card or a transaction;
  • release, transfer or unfreeze funds;
  • override or remove a restriction placed on your account by a bank or card issuer;
  • issue, process or accelerate a refund for a purchase you made with a merchant, a bank or a card issuer;
  • access your bank account, card account or transaction records;
  • restore access to an account that has been locked or closed by another provider; or
  • bypass any account or device security measure.

Anyone who offers to do those things on your behalf should be treated with suspicion. Where your problem falls outside what guidance can resolve, we will tell you so and point you to the organisation that can help.

5. No guaranteed outcome

We cannot and do not guarantee any particular technical or financial outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • that Apple Pay will activate or be usable on your device;
  • that a card will be approved or added to Apple Wallet;
  • that a transaction will be approved or will complete;
  • that funds will be released;
  • that access to an account will be granted or restored;
  • that a bank or card-issuer restriction will be removed;
  • that a technical problem will be resolved; or
  • that a merchant, bank or card-issuer refund will be granted, or granted within any particular time.

Apple, banks, merchants and card issuers control their own systems, rules and decisions. Nothing we say to you should be read as a promise about what one of them will do. What we undertake is to provide our guidance with reasonable care and skill, and to be straight with you about the limits of it.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are entitled to use the device and payment cards you ask us about, and that you are acting on your own behalf or with the account holder's permission.

Please give us accurate information about the problem, including the exact wording of any error message, since the guidance we can offer depends on it. If you follow a step we describe on your own device, you do so as the owner or authorised user of that device.

Keeping your credentials private is your responsibility and ours to respect. We will never ask you for passwords, device passcodes, one-time verification codes, full card numbers, CVV security codes or banking logins, and you must not disclose them to us or to anyone else who asks. If someone claiming to represent Truetech Care asks you for any of them, end the call and contact us on the number published on this website.

7. Pricing and payment authorisation

Visiting this website, completing a contact form or requesting a callback does not authorise any charge. You are never billed simply for getting in touch with us.

Before we charge you for anything, we will tell you what the service covers, what it costs, how the charge is calculated, when payment is due, and the refund terms that apply. You then decide whether to go ahead. A paid engagement begins only once you have agreed to those terms. Until that point you owe us nothing and you can end the conversation at any time.

We do not enrol you in a subscription, a membership or a recurring charge as part of answering an enquiry, and we do not store your card details on this website. No payment is taken through these pages.

8. No Refunds

Fees paid for Truetech Care services are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This section is about Truetech Care's own service fees and nothing else. It does not affect, limit or apply to refunds for purchases you made through Apple Pay, or refunds owed to you by a merchant, a bank or a card issuer. Those are entirely separate, they are handled by that organisation under its own rules, and we have no part in them. If you are chasing a purchase refund, the merchant and your card issuer are the people who decide it.

This section also does not remove any right to a refund that applicable law gives you, and nothing here prevents you from raising a complaint with us under the complaints section below.

9. Cancelling a service

You can tell us at any time that you do not want to continue. If you decide against a proposed service before you have agreed to it, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

To cancel an agreed service, tell us by phone on +1 (863) 279-4219 or by email at support@truetechcare.com. We will confirm the cancellation and stop work. Fees already paid are treated under the No Refunds section above. We do not charge a separate cancellation or early-termination fee. We may also decline or discontinue a service ourselves — for example where we cannot help, where the request falls outside what we do, or where the acceptable-use section is not being respected — and we will tell you when that is the case.

10. Third-party services

Your use of Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, your payment cards, your bank's services and any merchant's checkout is governed by your agreements with those organisations, not by these terms. We are not a party to them and we cannot change them. Charges, fees, interest, holds and decisions applied by those organisations are theirs, and any question about them has to be taken up with them directly.

11. Website content and intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics, logo and code on this website belong to Truetech Care or its licensors. You may read the site and print or save pages for your own personal reference. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content for other purposes without our permission. The Truetech Care name and logo may not be used to suggest an association with, or endorsement by, another business. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site remain the property of their owners.

12. Acceptable use

When using this website or contacting us, please do not:

  • ask us to help you access a device, card or account that is not yours and that you have no permission to use;
  • ask us to bypass security measures, verification steps or account restrictions;
  • give us false information, or impersonate someone else;
  • use the site or our service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; or
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this website or its systems.

We may refuse or stop providing assistance where any of these apply, and we will say why.

13. Liability and your consumer rights

We will carry out any assistance we agree to provide with reasonable care and skill. The general information published on this website is exactly that — general — and may not fit your particular situation, so please do not treat it as advice tailored to you.

We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our control, including decisions made by Apple, your bank, your card issuer or a merchant, the unavailability of their systems, or a fault in your device or network connection.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law and any liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. Call +1 (863) 279-4219 or email support@truetechcare.com, describing what happened and what you would like us to do. We will look into it and respond. Most problems are quicker and easier to resolve directly.

Talking to us first does not affect any legal right you have. You keep the right to bring a claim, and nothing in these terms requires you to give up access to the courts or to take part in arbitration.

Where we link to another organisation's website, such as your bank's or Apple's official support pages, we do so because it may be useful to you. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their terms. A link is not an endorsement.

16. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you agree to a service is the version that governs that service. We will update the Last Updated date at the top of the page, and we will note material changes clearly rather than make them silently.

18. Governing law

We operate from the State of Washington, United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the applicable federal laws of the United States. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.
